Returns & Exchanges:
Returns will only be accepted if there's an error made by Ho7s, such as receiving the wrong item than what was originally ordered AND we are unable to exchange the item.
Please review item measurements/size chart before placing your order to ensure you receive the right size. Because many of our items are limited in quantity/production, and the demand often greatly exceeds the amount produced, we’re unable to offer exchanges or returns in these instances. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size (AND the correct size is still available at the time the order was placed) please contact us immediately to resolve. Once your order is shipped, all sales are final.
We do understand that mistakes are made, so do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions or concerns about any of our items or a purchase that was recently made. We are always more than happy to help.
On items that do have stock still available, we may be able to accommodate some exchange requests.
In the event this is possible:
Exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee in the instance we are able to accommodate the request.
Customer is responsible for all postage and/or customs costs on exchanges. Exchanges must also be made/confirmed within 7 days of item delivery date. Exchanged item must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition; no exceptions.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
HO7S does not accept cancellations after order has been processed.
